Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide administrative support and help optimize our executives’ time. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s personal and professional calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare, review and respond to correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments.
Assist with special projects as directed.
Assist with CEO’s personal family errands, commitments, and appointments.
Maintain personal financial records in QuickBooks.
Prepare monthly personal financial statements.
Prepare checks from various accounts, both personal and organizational.
Manage and maintain payments for specific projects and initiatives.
Coordinate transportation and attend medical appointments.
Handle miscellaneous personal errands and tasks.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
