Payroll/HR Generalist

Job Description:

As a Part-Time Payroll and HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing payroll processes and assisting with various HR functions. Your attention to detail and knowledge of Paycom will ensure the smooth operation of our HR and payroll systems. The pay range for this role is $28-32 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on time using Paycom.
Maintain and update employee records and information in the HR system.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies.
Generate reports and analytics related to payroll and HR data.
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in the Paycom system.


Some experience with Paycom or a similar HR and payroll software.
Knowledge of payroll processing and HR best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Prior experience in payroll processing and familiarity with payroll best practices.


This is a part-time, 25-hour, in-house position with flexible hours. *Exact schedule to be discussed. Pay range is $28-32 per hour.
