To remain compliant, every appraisal must be ordered through the BluePoint Mortgage Broker Portal—and only from an AMC listed on the BluePoint appraisal hub (our official appraisal management company list). Appraisals submitted outside the Portal—or through an unapproved AMC—will be declined. This rule does not affect properly transferred appraisals from other lenders.
